Scope

To develop standards for instrumentation and controls and to maintain, clarify, update, and provide application guidance on the standards already produced.

Purpose

ISA67 is organized to be the focal point in ISA for documenting through standards publications: criteria, standards, practices, and procedures related to instrumentation and controls in nuclear power generating stations and associated industries.

Meetings

The recent ISA67 meetings held in conjunction with the 2018 POWID Symposium in Knoxville, Tennessee, were well-attended and very productive.  The minutes from the main meeting will be posted once available. ISA67 will meet again at next year's POWID symposium, with plans to hold Skype meetings and conference calls in the interim.

In conjunction with his retirement, Bob Queenan stepped down as ISA67 Chair, and the committee approved Vice Chair Daniel Steik to move forward into the Chair position. Thank you to Bob for his 11 years of service and for supporting and facilitating ISA's nuclear standards.
