What is professional liability and/or errors and omissions insurance?
This is an insurance coverage that protects the policyholder against liability for committing an error or omission in performance of professional duties.
What is general liability insurance?
This is insurance to cover for what the policyholder is legally obligated to pay in the event of bodily injury or property damage caused by negligence.
What limits of liability insurance does the ISA Program offer?
There are three offerings in the Program. The Basic Plan provides $1,000,000 per occurrence / $1,000,000 aggregate for Errors & Omissions only; the Standard Plan Provides $1,000,000 for Errors & Omissions and $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 for General Liability; the Professional Plan offers $1,000,000 / $3,000,000 for both Errors & Omissions and General Liability.

Who is eligible for this insurance program?
This program is available to all active ISA members residing in the United States. Those ISA members who generate yearly revenue in excess of $250,000 will follow a different application process (through a link on the ISA website) and have different plans from which to choose. In addition, since insurance programs are recognized differently in the states of New York and Indiana, ISA members living in those states also need to follow a slightly different application process (also through a link on the ISA website).
